The Day When God Met Me!!!

Swami Vivekananda once said "Do Not Look Back Always Look Front" .
Not that I have regrets in my life, but always wondered How and Why I landed up in Engineering.
After much of delibrate thinking. I finally found a manageble hilarious explanation.

One Day I met God (In my dreams of course. You see I have a very good rapport with him)

He asked me “Son now that you have passed your Tenth tell me what do you want to become in your life?”

I, in a very grumpy voice said “I am pretty confused on what I want to become.”

He said “Think Over it Son and Tell me.”

I thought for a minute and then I said.

“I want a Profession which test me to my limits while I am preparing for its Exams.

I want a Profession in which I am 24 x 7 busy and don’t get time To Pray, To Play, To attend my own Birthday Party, To go out with friends for a brief period of time.

I want a Profession with High Returns.

I want a Profession in Which I can Debate with people over what’s right and what’s wrong.

I want a Profession in which I write immense number of pages which people don’t care to read.

I want a Profession which takes me to different places and lets me meet different people.

I want Profession that throws Challenges at me every time I start a New Vendetta.

I want a Profession that in which I meet people who think that they know everything but actually don’t know anything.”

“Anything else Son??” God interrupted.

“A few More things….”I replied.

God did heave a sigh off relief as I felt at that time.

“I want people to Envy me because I know what they don’t know and I talk which they can’t talk about and last but not the least My Parents Should be Happy and Proud of Me!!!”



“Is that it???” God enquired.

“Yes.” I responded.



“Think Over It once Again My Child.” God Warned Me.



“This IS What I Want.”I affirmed.



In a very interesting Smile god said “You Shall Get What You Want. You Will Be An Engineer from An Indian University!!!”



With These Words showered on me and God Vanished. I woke up to live to this day and Become An Engineer!!!

The world of the eternal question 'Why?'

It's been a long time since, I wrote something here. But well looks like; I somehow found a way to get back to this space created a long time ago. Many things and events have gone by since the last time, I wrote. But one thought remained constant the question 'Why'?
